Description
The Marine Control Headquarters building, located in Salmiya, covers a plot area of 4,600 m². The project includes an administrative headquarters building featuring office spaces and support services, accommodation for marine labor workers and marine engineers, a ship/boat yard, and a workshop for boat/ship maintenance. Additionally, the architectural design incorporates marine pontoons to accommodate 40 boats of various sizes. The design integrates a blend of sustainable architecture and practical facilities to meet the operational needs of the marine industry. The marine works for this project were completed in collaboration with SMEC Consultants, ensuring top-notch construction project management and site supervision throughout the development.
