Designodes’ Office was thoughtfully designed to foster creativity and collaboration. We optimized the space through meticulous spatial planning, resulting in an efficient open layout. A neutral color palette and flexible furniture arrangements were chosen to create a stimulating environment for the design team. Ergonomic and stylish furnishings enhancing productivity were added to the detailed visualizations while designing the space to guarantee that the final design met our vision. The end result is a dynamic and functional space that perfectly reflects Designodes’ innovative spirit.
This project offers a new concept of urban living; where we designed fully-serviced studio apartments to act as a prototype for a global franchise brand. The Connected concept offers a true global lifestyle at the heart of Sheikh Zayed City.
Hallola Cafe is an interior design project that offers a complete French-inspired dining experience. From conceptualization to execution, the design process encompassed space optimization, unique cafe identity development, and a meticulous procurement of furnishings to align with the French aesthetic. Design solutions here focus on creating an ambiance that transports patrons to the heart of a Parisian cafe while maintaining a contemporary edge.
Al Mulla Commercial Tower is a podium-styled commercial
building. It consists of 32 floors and 2 basement parking floors to accommodate 700 cars. The upper basement, together with the ground and first floors provide retail facilities in a landscaped garden setting with play areas for children. The second, third, and fourth floors comprise cinemas, major conference facilities with a comprehensive business center, and a library. The remaining twenty-seven floors provide high-quality office spaces including the headquarters of Al-Mulla Trading Group. The project employs the highest quality technology and materials and the total built-up area is 90,000m2.
Mamsha Masr is an urban development project situated directly on the Nile River. The design scope included the visualization, unification and enhancement of commercial kiosks and vendor shops. A thorough site analysis informed the creation of commercial spaces along the two-level platform, ensuring a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.
Wedding Hall Project is envisioned as a premier wedding venue. This project elevates the hall’s architectural aesthetics, functionality, and overall guest experience within its lush and romantic setting. By optimizing space utilization, incorporating innovative and unique design elements, and seamlessly integrating the hall with the surrounding natural beauty, it is conceived as a one-of-a-kind picturesque and distinctive venue for celebrating special events.
Ali Abd Al Wahab Mixed-Use Tower is located at the heart of Kuwait’s Capital. It is a 17-storey administrative tower, with a commercial podium. The tower includes a ground floor lobby, a service basement, and a mezzanine floor for retail shops, added to the administrative offices above.
The Annex Building, located In Sharq, Kuwait has a total built-up area of 5,400 m2 boasting 9 floors including the headquarters of United Real Estate Company. We designed the building to feature ground and mezzanine commercial floors, and seven typical floors for administrative offices.
The Commercial Complex located at Salmiya, Kuwait covers a plot area of 2,130m2; featuring a basement, ground, and mezzanine floors to host commercial and recreational facilities, and 15 typical floors allocated for office spaces.
The Khalijiyah Commercial Building is a 20-story structure in Sharq, Kuwait, consisting of a basement, ground, and mezzanine floor for commercial purposes added to the administrative floors. The building was blended with an already existing 20-story building allocated for parking 450 cars, which was renovated in the process. The Total Built-up area of the new structure is approximately 12,000 m2 in addition to 15,000 m2 of open parking and landscape areas.
The Urbana Park design envisioned a 100,000m2 urban oasis in the 6th of October City in Egypt. We held a comprehensive feasibility study to plan for the design of this project; which prioritized lush greenery, captivating water features, and diverse recreational areas. To enhance the park experience, we strategically placed the retail shops and leisure areas while integrating them into the landscape. Bike lanes were also included, added to a children’s playground, and pedestrian-friendly pathways, creating a welcoming environment for residents of all ages.
Kuwait’s Friday Market is located in Al Rai Area. Tendered as a B.O.T competition, our awarded design was based on creating an open shaded retail area composed of 2500 “bastas” or open market stalls; each being 4X4 m. The concept was based on the capability of combining the stalls to accommodate larger vendor products. The whole concept of a “Friday Market” is an ancient Arabian cultural facility where different vendors sell new and/ or used items in an open combined space. The items include furniture, electronics, and animals or pets, among other categories. We adopted a unique design that caters to a variety of vendors, serving different visitor needs; through state-of-the-art technology fused with the cultural concept of a Friday market.
Adaan Outpatient Clinic is a seven-story medical center with a unique radial design. Exterior corridors offer waiting areas with outdoor views, while interior spaces house clinics and examination rooms. Each clinic has its own reception, waiting area, and offices. The building includes a lecture hall, auditorium, and is connected to multi-story parking.
Tanza is a comprehensive reimagining of the former Magic Land amusement park, located on Al Wahat Road in the 6th of October City. The project was designed to encompass a wide range of attractions, including outdoor camping facilities, a Dolphin Park, a cinema complex, and versatile dining options. A core component of this project involved creating a complete visual representation of the park to facilitate planning, development, and marketing efforts.
The Marine Control Headquarters building located in Salmiya, Kuwait has a 4,600 m2 land plot. It was designed to feature an administrative headquarters building, accommodation for the marine workers and engineers, a ship/ boat yard, and a workshop for boat/ ship maintenance. The project also featured marine platoons with the capacity to accommodate 40 boats of various sizes. The marine works for this project were done in collaboration with SMEC.
The design competition for The Cultural Center of Sabah Al Ahmed City was based on creating a recreational facility that would accommodate a Book Fair, an Auditorium, and Concert Halls added to a Music Center, a Celebration Hall, Lecture Halls, and a set of Museums as well as Administration offices. Sabah Al Ahed Cultural Center design was achieved in collaboration with OBERMEYER Group.
Al Madina Residential Compound is a comprehensive development project nestled within the holy city of Medina. The project encompasses the master planning of 64 residential units, complete with essential neighborhood amenities. To enhance the community’s experience, a hotel is integrated into the development, providing accommodation options for visitors and residents alike. A centralized park serves as a communal green space, offering recreational opportunities and a tranquil retreat.
The Immigration Headquarters is a high-security facility designed for the Ministry of Interior. This complex building houses administrative offices, secure holding areas, and immigration processing departments. Dedicated service areas support efficient operations. The building also includes underground parking for staff and visitors. The architecture prioritizes security and functionality while accommodating the diverse needs of the immigration process.
Through this project, we designed two building campuses for technological studies. One was a women’s only campus; while the other campus was for men. Each building conisisted of four floors and a basement for parking. The ground, first, and second floors were dedicated to the laboratory, workshops, deans, administrative, and staff offices, added to service areas. The remaining floors hosted the classrooms and lecture halls.
We focused here on creating a functional and inspiring workspace for Westridge One Real Estate. The design process involved a thorough spatial programming analysis; to optimize the office layout and workflow. A curated selection of furnishings and finishes was carefully chosen to reflect the company’s brand identity. Detailed 3D visualizations were utilized to refine the design and ensure client satisfaction. The final result can now be witnessed as a modern and efficient office space that enhances productivity and professionalism.
