Hateen and Zahra are two important and luxurious new residential districts with a total of 4,720 housing units. The total area for these two districts is 800 hectares. The works for the project include, but are not limited to: 200 km of roads, 250 km of stormwater networks (pipe diameters ranging from 250 mm to 2000 mm), 250 km of sanitary networks (pipe diameters ranging from 200 mm to 700 mm), 360 km of water supply networks, 250 km of telephone networks, 1,200 manholes, and street lighting networks. The project emphasized sustainable infrastructure design and innovative urban planning to meet modern residential architecture standards.
