Development of the Abu Fatira Industrial Project for Kuwait Municipality in the Abu Fatira area, covering a plot area of 620,000 m². The project consists of 500 industrial plots for various activities, 40 plots for car showrooms, and different governmental authorities including a police station, hospital, fire stations, 3 mosques, 3 blocks for retail shops, and complete infrastructure (roads, parking, storm water, sanitary sewer, electrical and telephone networks). The project incorporates sustainable architecture, eco-friendly construction, and urban planning practices to support modern infrastructure design.
