Al-Sabahiya Infrastructure Network comprises an area of 270 residential plots, totaling approximately 160 hectares.

The works for this project include 23 km of roads, 20 km of storm water networks (pipe diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1600 mm), 31 km of sanitary networks (pipe diameters ranging from 200 mm to 700 mm), water supply networks, telephone networks, and street lighting networks. The project integrates sustainable urban planning and emphasizes eco-friendly construction. It also includes detailed site analysis to ensure efficient design and construction processes, aligning with modern infrastructure development standards.
