The project involved creating a franchise of furnished studio apartments across three buildings, designed to accommodate single tenants. Each unit was fully furnished and equipped with all living essentials. The franchise included services such as cleaning, laundry, concierge, and maintenance. The design featured customized fit-outs, modern and contemporary aesthetics, ample storage space, a reception area, a lounge, workspaces, rentable multipurpose halls, health and wellness amenities, community spaces, smart storage solutions, and other support amenities.
