Ishbiliya is a new urban development neighborhood comprising 1,760 housing plots over a total area of 158.983 hectares.

The works for this project involved roads design and engineering, stormwater networks, sanitary networks, water supply networks, telephone networks, and street lighting networks. The project integrates urban planning principles to create a functional and efficient urban environment, while addressing the needs of the growing community.

Scope: Design of all project components, including road networks, infrastructure, and utilities; Construction and Site Supervision and Construction Project Management.
