The project involved the study, design, project management, and construction supervision of major roads and highways across the State of Kuwait. The scope included feasibility studies, traffic analysis, and technical evaluations, followed by the development of detailed designs in line with applicable standards and local regulations, ensuring constructability and long-term performance.

During execution, full project management and on-site supervision were provided to maintain alignment between design intent and construction. Stakeholder coordination, schedule and cost control, quality assurance, and safety oversight were carried out throughout the works, resulting in the successful delivery of critical road and highway infrastructure, completed in 2018.
