Sabhan Workers Residence is a BOT project issued by Kuwait Municipality. This development encompasses a fully designed 40,000 m² area for Sabhan Workers, including governmental service buildings, police stations, libraries, a supermarket, restaurants, recreational gaming zones, landscaped gardens,s parking areas, and mosques. The project involved complete architectural design, building engineering, road design, and all infrastructure works (storm water, sanitary networks, water supply, and telephone networks). It aims to provide a self-sustained and vibrant living space for workers.
